Orcas and Whales

THE EXPEDITION:

A unique opportunity to dive with the orcas while sailing through the most beautiful fjords in Norway. During the winter season, whales and killer whales mostly populate the waters of the North Sea, rich in herring and food, creating an extraordinary spectacle.

Being spectators of this particular moment in their lives is an unforgettable experience, especially when it is possible to follow them during foraging activities.

This is an extraordinary opportunity, especially for professional underwater photographers, which is only offered by a few operators in the world. Our Norwegian operator is one of the first to offer snorkelling with killer whales. Everyone can do it and no diving license is required.

Usually during navigation you can also observe other species of cetaceans, in particular many humpback whales (Megaptera novaeangliae), and various species of seabirds.

Due to the winter period and the few hours of light available, there will be a high probability, depending on the weather conditions, to admire the spectacular Aurore Borealis that the Norwegian skies will give us.
