Your journey begins in Cape Town, the vibrant heart of South Africa, from where you'll set off to explore extraordinary landscapes to the extreme borders of the continent. After picking up your rental car, you'll head to the picturesque Simon’s Town in the magnificent False Bay, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, where the ocean meets the land in an explosion of colors and scents. Your first stop will be Cape Town and the Cape of Good Hope National Park, all the way to the Boulders Beach Reserve, home to the charming penguins of the Cape. The vineyards of Stellenbosch, one of the most renowned wine regions, will offer you the chance to taste the finest South African wines, fully savoring the essence of South Africa. The Table Mountain National Park, an iconic South African landmark, offers breathtaking views from the mountain's summit, featuring pristine nature. You’ll be the protagonist of this itinerary, also discovering vibrant Cape Town and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, with its shops and restaurants.
Leaving Simon’s Town, you’ll reach Hermanus, famous for whale watching, a unique experience to admire the whales up close. Then, you’ll head to Cape Agulhas, the southernmost point of Africa, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean meet.
Your journey will take you, after the southernmost point of the continent, along the famous Garden Route, from the Cango Caves to the Tsitsikamma National Park, offering adventurous paths through waterfalls and suspension bridges, leading to the spectacular Storm River. The scenic roads will take you to Port Elizabeth, where you'll take a domestic flight to Nelspruit in the folklore region of Mpumalanga.
Your adventure will continue along the Panorama Route, an itinerary that passes through breathtaking natural beauties such as the Blyde River Canyon, the third-largest canyon in the world, the iconic Three Rondavels, the God’s Window viewpoint, the Bourke’s Luck Potholes rock formations, and the stunning Mac Mac Falls. The journey proceeds and will conclude with the exploration of Kruger National Park, one of Africa's most famous natural areas and home to the renowned Big Five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos. Thanks to self-drive safaris and the assistance of an experienced guide, you'll experience the thrill of observing the rich local wildlife and flora up close, immersing yourself in the various ecosystems that define the African savanna. The spectacular sunsets and sunrises of Kruger National Park will provide you with unique and unforgettable moments, further enhancing your experience.
